1. We undertake Consultancy in respect of Manpower maintenance. We conduct interviews in association with the Management for recruitment of man power.
2. We will prepare interview letters on behalf of the management as required.
3. We will prepare appointment letters to the successful candidates on selection by the management.
4. We will also prepare indemnity bonds required by the management from the candidates selected.
5. We will supply information in respect of Minimum Wages to the categories of workers applicable to the Industries of the management.
6. We will tender advice for categorization of workers in to proper grades with respect to their experience and qualification.
7. We will prepare Pay-Roll of the staff and workers as per the information supplied by the management. And prepare wage slips.
8. Participating in Management Discussions in policy making.
9. To handle Labour and Union related issues like strikes , lock-out and their solutions / bargaining.
10. Liaison with concerned departments / Labour Office.
11. Representing as management representative in conciliation and I.R. Proceedings.
12. Issuing notices to employees / unions / departments.
13. Conducting Domestic enquiries.

14. We do medical negligence cases up to national commission
